What I Believe
Most operators are leaving time on the table not because they are behind, but because the tools they have were not built for the way they actually work. I build tools that are.
I spent years watching smart people make good decisions inside systems that fought them at every step. The tools I wanted to give them -- tools that amplify how an operator already thinks instead of forcing them into a mold -- were rare and expensive. Vective AI exists so they are neither.
Everything I build delivers on that principle.
My Story
Before Vective AI, I spent over two decades in operations -- leading teams, running a multimillion-dollar business unit, and learning the hard way that the gap between "enterprise solutions" and what businesses actually need is enormous. Vendor demos never matched reality. Consulting engagements burned budget without building lasting capability. And the operators who knew the most were always the last to get useful tools.
Along the way, I started two ventures that did not make it. The first was an app I built with two partners -- I was the technical lead and developer, we reached MVP, but nobody was driving awareness, pursuing investors, or building a marketing funnel. We ran out of time. The second was a private content platform for a close friend -- fitness and studio class recordings, private and protected. It worked, ran almost eight years, and I could have scaled it technically. But there was no operational backbone -- no communications, no follow-ups, no way to spin up demos or trials for prospective customers. It dissolved.
That frustration became Vective AI's founding principle: build infrastructure that makes operators more capable, not more dependent.
How I Work
I practice what I sell. My own operations run on the same infrastructure I offer clients. I run Vective AI as a solopreneur with AI as my team -- not as a future vision, but as how the company operates right now.
